The Municipal Formation of the Apsheronsk District Offers to Establish the Cabinet Furniture Manufacturing Enterprise

The administration of the Municipal Formation Apsheronsk District presents the investment project for the construction of the  cabinet furniture manufacturing enterprise.

It is assumed that the enterprise will annually manufacture 12,950 units of production when reaching the designed capacity.

The Apsheronsk Production Woodworking Complex located nearby the land plot allocated for the investment project will be a supplier of raw materials for the future enterprise. The Apsheronsk PWC is engaged in logging and deep wood processing and the manufacture of medium density fiberboards, carpentry and furniture products from medium density fiberboard and wood based on its own production facilities.

The development of furniture manufacture in the industrial zone of the Apsheronsk Production Woodworking Complex will allow making competitive products, as it will have the guaranteed supplier of raw materials and minimal transportation costs. Consumers of the products will include the enterprises and population of the Apsheronsk and other districts of the Krasnodar Region.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 91.6 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 25 new jobs.

A land plot of 17,900 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the Kalinina farm (Kubanskoye rural settlement of Apheronsk district). There is a local road, Apsheronsk city – Kubanskaya Cossack village (20 m), there. The distance to the federal highway "Apsheronsk city – Belorechensk city" is 20 m.

The distance from the municipal center of Apsheronsk city is 1.5 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 110 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Apsheronsk city is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 110 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 100 km.
