The Apsheronsk District Offers to Implement the Investment Project in the Manufacturing Industry

The Municipal Formation offers to implement the project for the construction of the enterprise for the commercial equipment manufacture.

When reaching the designed capacity, the enterprise will annually manufacture products in the amount of 53.6 thousand units. Major supermarket networks and shops of the Apsheronsk District and other cities of the Krasnodar Region will comprise a market outlet.

The Apsheronsk Production Woodworking Complex located nearby will be a supplier of raw materials for the enterprise. The Apsheronsk PWC manufactures medium density fiberboard and wood products based on its own production using modern imported equipment. The closely located supplier of raw materials minimizes transportation costs and allows manufacturing the products at competitive price.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 85.52 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 26 new jobs.

A land plot of 10,860 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the Kalinina farm (Kubanskoye rural settlement of Apheronsk district). There is a local road, Apsheronsk city – Kubanskaya Cossack village (0.2 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Apsheronsk city – Belorechensk city" is 0.2 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Apsheronsk city is 1.5 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 110 km.
