A project with a short recoupment period is offered by the Apsheronsk District
The Municipal Formation invites entrepreneurs to participate in the construction of an exclusive furniture manufacturing enterprise.
A promising investment project on arranging the construction of an enterprise for manufacturing exclusive furniture is planned to be implemented in the Apsheronsk District. When reaching the designed capacity, the plant will be able to produce about 4,468 units of finished products per year. The furniture is planned to be sold to the population of the district and the Krasnodar Region and to large supermarket chains. Competitive advantages of the project include minimum transport costs and the availability of a guaranteed supplier of raw materials for manufacture.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 87.77 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 40 new jobs.
A land plot of 1,1310 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the farm of Kalinina (Kubanskoye rural settlement). There is a local road, "Apsheronsk city – Kubanskoye village" (5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Apsheronsk city – Belorechensk city" is 0.2 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Apsheronsk city is 1.5 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 110 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Apsheronsk city is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 110 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 100 km.
