The amount of fixed investments was 1,172 million rubles in 2017. Over 700 district residents got jobs.

• Construction of a supermarket Titan
• Construction of a store Pyatyorochka
• Reconstruction of the cinema Yubileinyi
• Construction of the hotel complex Dobrynya
• Construction of the recreation facility Mezmai
• Construction of the shopping center Raduga
• Construction of a multi-family residential house
• Construction of a child daycare center for 150 children in Apsheronsk City
• Construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline from Samurskaya Cossack village to Chernigovskoye Village
• Construction of the plant of SC Production and Woodworking Complex Apsheronsk was completed
