The Office Furniture Production is Planned to Be Established in the Apsheronsk District
The Municipal Formation Apsheronsk District offers to implement the investment project in the manufacturing industry.
It is assumed that the wood working complex "Apsheronsk" will be the supplier of raw materials and materials for the office furniture manufacture. The enterprise will be located in the same industrial zone. The Apsheronsk PWC is a modern plant with imported European equipment engaged in logging and manufacturing of wood products, medium and high density fiberboard, and laminate flooring.
The location of the office furniture manufacture in the industrial zone of the Apsheronsk PWC will allow making competitive products, as it will have the guaranteed supplier of raw materials and minimal transportation costs.
The enterprise is scheduled to start functioning 2 years after the construction commencement and will produce 53.6 thousand units of office furniture to be sold in the Krasnodar Region.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 93 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 27 new jobs.
A land plot of 17,930 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the Kalinina farm (Kubanskoye rural settlement of Apheronsk district). There is a local road, Apsheronsk city – Kubanskaya Cossack village (5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Apsheronsk city – Belorechensk city" is 0.2 km.
